There are new details of the heartbreaking death of “Glee” star Naya Rivera. The actress drowned in Ventura County's Lake Piru earlier this month while boating with her 4-year-old son Josey.
TheBlast.com has obtained a copy of her death certificate, revealing Rivera drowned within minutes. There were no other significant contributing conditions.
The document also reveals a private memorial service was held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park last week. Other celebrities buried there include Michael Jackson, Nipsey Hussle, and Carrie Fisher.

During the episode, host Hunter March asked Naya if she bakes, and she responded, "I do. I have a 4-year-old son, so you're kind of required to know how to bake at that point." Rivera also revealed her son loves homemade chocolate cookies.
