‘Ink Master’ Star Daniel Silva Arrested After YouTuber Corey La Barrie’s Death

“Ink Master” star Daniel Silva has been arrested for the murder of YouTuber Corey La Barrie, who died on Sunday.
TMZ reports Silva is still in the hospital after being involved in a crash in Valley Village, California. According to the site, Silva was allegedly driving La Barrie in a McLaren sports car, which "ran off the road and collided with a stop sign and a tree." Unfortunately, La Barrie "succumbed to his injuries," dying at a hospital, the LAPD said in a press release.
Silva was transported to the hospital with a broken hip. A sobriety test was reportedly not administered, due to the extent of his injuries.
Sources told TMZ that the two had attended a 25th birthday party for La Barrie before the accident. Silva was reportedly seen drinking earlier that night.
On Monday, La Barrie's mom Lissa Harrison mourned his death, writing on Instagram, “My heart breaks right now, on my sons 25 birthday today he was very drunk and got into a car with a drunk diver. The accident killed him instantly. No words can describe the sadness I feel in loosening a child. It just feels so unreal and I'm overwhelmed with grief. I love you so much Corey and will miss you so so much. It's just so unfair.”

Corey's brother Jarrad added, “This isn't something i thought i would ever have to sit here and type out for a very long time or what i wanna do right now but everyone deserves to know, my brother Corey passed away last night in a car accident with his drunk friend driving… This is the hardest thing I've ever had to do i dont how I'm suppose to do this without you i miss you so much already this isn't fair thank you for always being the best big brother i could ask for i love you so f**king much life's never gonna be the same without you R.I.P P.S say hi to grandad and grandma for me i love you.”
That same day, LAPD spokesman Officer Tony Im told Us Weekly, “They ran into a stop sign and a tree. The driver is going to be arrested for a crime. An investigation is still ongoing.”
Sheriff officials note that Silva is being held on $2 million bail.
