The 38-year-old is also eating healthy, dishing, “Being pregnant, I loaded up on fruits and vegetables.”
Her advice for people who are now cooking at home? “I'm looking in my freezer, so keep on hand frozen broccoli, frozen spinach, frozen mixed vegetables, beans... I made a vegetable soup yesterday, and it was so easy.”
Her show “The Kitchen” is on hold for now, but she said, "We love doing that show, we are constantly in production, and we can't wait to get back to our fans.”
