“Million Dollar Listing” star Ryan Serhant and his wife Emilia are ready to celebrate Valentine's Day.
“Extra” caught up with the couple at the Godiva café in NYC, where they opened up about life as the parents of daughter Zena, 11 months.
Since becoming a mom, Emilia admitted she doesn't have time to work out. She explained, “The baby keeps me busy.”
Ryan pointed out that Emilia doesn't need to work out, saying, “Her mom lives with us and she is in perfect shape too and I'm like, 'I see what happens….'”
Emilia gushed about their bundle of joy, saying, “Baby Zena is amazing.”
Ryan added, “She's dancing, she started walking at 10 months… She really likes Lizzo… She shakes her one little leg, I don't know where any of this comes from, it's wild.”
Nothing that Zena got her dance moves from Ryan, Emilia added, “Zena is a little bit of a better dancer than Ryan.”
The couple recently took a vacation without Zena, who they call ZZ, to Turks and Caicos. Emilia commented, “The first 24 hours, I thought it was fantastic, by the next day, I wanted to come home.”
During their three-day getaway, the baby was in good hands with Emilia's mom. She shared, “They have a love, love relationship the two of them.”
Are they closer to moving to their million-dollar Brooklyn townhouse? Ryan answered, “We're renovating, it's a process.”
What started out as a small renovation has become much more. Ryan emphasized,, “Now it's a 99 % gut [renovation] year and a half in the making.”
Their renovation will be part of the ninth season of “Million Dollar Listing New York. Ryan teased, “There's lots of filming going on.”
As for their Valentine's Day plans, Emilia dished, “Every year Ryan and I keep it simple… What I want is something sweet and I want to stay home in my pajamas, so chocolate and pajamas.”
It's Zena's first Valentine's day. What are they gifting her? Emilia said, “She really like the boxes, I have to be honest, I'll eat the chocolates, Zena can have the boxes.”
