Becca Kufrin & Ben Higgins Talk ‘Bachelor Live on Stage,’ Peter Weber, and Their Own Relationships
Becca Kufrin is joining Ben Higgins for “The Bachelor Live on Stage”!
“Extra” Special Correspondent Rachel Lindsay caught up with the pair to get the scoop on the nationwide tour, their take on Pete Weber as the new Bachelor, and the latest on their own relationships.
At each stop across 66 cities, Becca and Ben will help one hometown Bachelor meet other singles in the area through games, challenges, and more. In the end, one woman will receive a final rose.
Ben told Rachel, “The whole reason for it is it's a thank you letter to Bachelor Nation… Now it is time to join us onstage and hopefully make some love connections.”
Becca added, “We are trying to incorporate the show as much as possible. Of course you have the group dates, you have the rose ceremonies, but it will be more interactive… We will have a couple hours to have people meet locally and hopefully connect and do the fun dates and different challenges and competitions, and then hope that they find somebody they are compatible with.”
Higgins and Kufrin also weighed in on how they think Pilot Pete will do as the next Bachelor.
Becca commented, “I think he will take it seriously. I think he truly seems like a sweet man who wants to find someone… I think it will be interesting to see who was cast.”
She joked about his tryst with Hannah Brown in a windmill last season on “The Bachelorette,” saying, “I just hope that there is actually someone there that he can have fun in a windmill with… maybe more.”
Ben insisted, “I think there will be more,” before explaining, “I think he is the softest-hearted dude and so intimate that we are going to see the physical intimacy of this season become something that we've never seen before, and it will be interesting how America handles it based on how they handled Hannah's season.”

View StoryAs they prepare to hit the road, Kufrin said her fiancé Garrett Yrigoyen is “so supportive,” adding, “I made sure he can come stay with me whenever he wants.”
The couple moved in together about six months ago. Becca said, “We are good. We are doing really well. We are living together now… As you can probably imagine, it has been interesting. I've never lived with a guy before, but I love him. He keeps me entertained every day. I feel like I have abs just from laughing at him.”
Any wedding plans? “No plans as of yet. We are just dragging our feet and taking our time.”
Meanwhile, Ben and girlfriend Jessica Clarke are “fantastic,” and she will “be on the road with me a lot.”
When Rachel teased that maybe Higgins should pop the question during the tour, Ben joked, “I don't want to say when it could happen, but if you come to these live shows, it could possibly happen live onstage.”
