Jennifer Lopez’s Simple Tip for Staying Young

It was date night for Jennifer Lopez, who stunned in a two-piece Ralph Lauren gown at CFDA's Fashion Awards in New York City Monday evening.
Lopez, joined on the carpet by her man Alex Rodriguez, was being recognized with the Fashion Icon Award. She told “Extra's” Adam Glassman, “It feels amazing. It feels amazing, you know, being a little girl from the Bronx amongst all these amazing artists just for doing what I love to do anyway — dressing up. It's a dream.”
Jennifer is celebrating her 50th birthday next month — does she have any secrets to staying young? She commented, “Be happy, be happy!”
It's a big week for the superstar, who shared, “Going on tour Friday!” She is set to kick off her It's My Party tour at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
Lopez will be on tour through July 27.
