Kelly Clarkson Is Back to Host Billboard Music Awards 2019

Singer and “The Voice” coach Kelly Clarkson is returning as the host of the 2019 Billboard Music Awards!
Clarkson made the big announcement during her “Minute + a Glass of Wine” segment at her concert in Dallas, Texas. At the show, she said, “So they've asked me to host the Billboard Music Awards again… I was terrified to do it last year… and then they asked me to do it again, so I didn't suck… I'm excited.”
Clarkson said in a separate statement, “I had so much fun hosting the Billboard Music Awards last year that I'm back for more. We're turning it up a notch this year and I can't wait to celebrate all of my fellow amazing artists for another unforgettable night of live music.”
The 2019 Billboard Awards, held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, will broadcast live May 1 on NBC.
