Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were planning to wed at their Malibu home before it burned in the California wildfires.
A source told People magazine, “They had planned to get married in Malibu over the holidays when all of their families were together. After their Malibu house didn’t make the fire, they have been living at Miley’s Tennessee house.”
Cyrus recently opened up on losing her home, telling Ryan Seacrest, “You can always rebuild a physical structure, but that love that can’t be destroyed is always there and always stays strong.”
TMZ reports that Miley and Liam obtained a marriage license in Tennessee just days before they got hitched.
The wedding took place 10 years after they met on the set of “The Last Song.”
Miley didn't seem to let the change of location bother her, she was seen dancing in her $9,000 Vivienne Westwood floor-length dress to Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk" in a video posted on Instagram. Liam also makes an appearance in the middle of the video. Watch!
