Casey Anthony’s Father George Hospitalized After Car Flips Multiple Times
George Anthony was in a serious car accident over the weekend, reports People.
The 67-year-old father of Casey Anthony was driving solo in his wife's Toyota 4Runner when he lost control of the vehicle.
The Florida Highway Patrol incident report, obtained by People, says he veered off the right shoulder. When he tried to swerve back onto the road, he lost control.
The SUV flipped multiple times and crossed all lanes of traffic. The vehicle finally came to a stop on the left median.
Anthony was hospitalized with “incapacitating” injuries.
George and his wife Cindy have been in the public eye since Casey made headlines 10 years ago when her 2-year-old daughter Caylee went missing.

View StoryCaylee was last seen alive on June 15, 2008, but she wasn't reported missing — by Casey's mother — until July 16 of that year. Months later, Caylee's skeletal remains were found near her home. Casey was acquitted of first-degree murder in 2011.
Last month, George and Cindy opened up about Casey to Dr. Oz. George said he has mixed feelings about his daughter, calling them “oil and water.”
“We're just not connected anymore, and that hurts,” he said. “I wish I could be part of her life, but I would never feel comfortable around her. I can't trust her.”
