David Spade on His Troubled Ex, Heather Locklear

Earlier this morning, David Spade made an appearance on “Andy Cohen Live” at SiriusXM studios, where he opened up on ex Heather Locklear.
Heather and David still keep in touch since breaking up in 2006. They recently connected after his sister-in-law Kate Spade committed suicide. He shared, “Yeah, she texted me about Katie, and I texted her. And I was checking on her recently.”
Locklear was recently hospitalized after her own suicide threats. She has also been arrested twice this year after alleged physical altercations with the police.
Spade revealed that he wanted to meet up with Heather soon, saying, “It's funny because I think sometimes it sounds condescending to say, 'Oh, I hope you're okay.' I don't really say that. But I just let her know that I think about her and that I'd love to see her and love to have lunch with her one day. She was always so funny and so cool. She was great.”
