Mama June's daughter Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon and fiancé Joshua Efird are first time parents!
Pumpkin gave birth to a baby girl, who she named Ella Grace Efird, on Friday morning. She tweeted, “Today at 5:01am me and josh officially became parents to a precious 7lb 14oz baby girl.”

In August, the 17-year-old opened up about having a baby, saying, “I'm really nervous about having a baby 'cause, I mean, it does have to come out of my hoo-ha.”
She added, “My baby daddy's head is, like, the size of a freakin' watermelon, so imagine trying to push a watermelon out of your vagina.”
In a recent sneak peek for the second season of “Mama June: From Not to Hot,” Pumpkin said, “I don't think you guys are ready for another me, I really don't. The only things that I fear about raising a girl is that, you know, she's going to want to date. She's at least going to have to be 45 before she goes on her first date.”
“Mama June: From Not to Hot” returns January 12 on WE tv.
