Singer Ne-Yo and wife Crystal Smith have another baby on the way!
Crystal, the star of “The Platinum Life," told E! News, "We are so excited! This definitely wasn't in the plan and we weren't trying at all!”
Crystal and Ne-Yo are also parents to son Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr., who was born last year, and she has taken on a motherly role for his kids Mason Evan and Madilyn Grace from a past relationship. The pair said about their kids' reaction to the baby news, "Maddie has asked a few times for a little sister since having SJ so... fingers crossed.”
While they don't know the gender of the baby yet, they already have a few baby names in mind, saying, "We have had names for our angels since before Shaffer Jr. was born so, yes, we are all set on baby names.”
Crystal has been fortunate not to suffer any morning sickness, but she's already having pregnancy cravings! She explained, "All I want are raw oysters and steak! Which since becoming vegan has totally messed up my diet, but as long as our miracle gets the nutrition it needs I will eat all the meat in the world!”
After the baby arrives, will Ne-Yo and Crystal be having more kids? They commented, "That completely depends on the gender of this one. If it's a girl, then the shop is closed, but if it's a boy, then we have to do it again! I've been dreaming of the same little girl since I was a little girl and we won't stop until we get her!"
