Julianne Hough Weds Brooks Laich!
On the same day Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd were wed, fellow "Dancing with the Stars" alum Julianne Hough exchanged "I dos" with her love, Canadian ice hockey player Brooks Laich.
People magazine reports Hough and Laich were wed Saturday afternoon in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, at a romantic outdoor ceremony before 200 of their nearest and dearest.
"DWTS" pro dancers Derek Hough, Julianne's brother, and Mark Ballas were among the stars at the Troy Williams-designed event, as well as Nina Dobrev (who told People the ceremony took her breath away) and Aaron Paul. The couple's dogs Lexi and Harley — wearing flowered collars — were an important element of the wedding party!

Julianne told People, “I don't think I ever really necessarily dreamed about my wedding as a kid. But I know I will always cherish and remember it for the rest of my life.”
The weekend began with a Thursday-evening welcome dinner at the Blackwell Hotel. Guests enjoyed a beach day at Coeur d'Alene Resort the following day.
Hough wore a custom Marchesa gown with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, while Laich donned a Brooks Brothers tux.
The entire ceremony took place outdoors, with guests in wooden pews surrounded by flowers, wild grass and other seasonal flora designed by Kristen Griffith-VanderYacht. The groom told People it was important to them to be wed outdoors because, "Julianne and I are very adventurous and free."
The reception was lavish, including a hearty menu by Le Catering and a cocktail lounge with music by DJ Derek Monteiro, plus a Mirmir photo booth and a Sugarfina station for desserts.
The evening ended with a fireworks display for the couple, who had been engaged since August 2015.
