Mariah Carey Sings 'Happy Birthday' to Floyd Mayweather at Blinged-Out Party

Boxing champ Floyd Mayweather didn't just throw himself a 40th birthday bash, he threw himself one of the greatest of all time!
In a downtown L.A. ballroom on Saturday, the fighter enlisted pop royalty Justin Bieber and Mariah Carey to entertain the crowd of 1,300 people (E! notes the room was meant to hold 300).
Carey — who made the scene with boyfriend Bryan Tanaka — sang (live) a rousing chorus of "Happy Birthday," while Bieber livened things up with his hits "Where Are U Now" and "What Do You Mean?"

"I love this guy. I look up to him," Bieber said. "Give it up for Floyd Mayweather, the champ."
The room was decorated with glittering disco balls, caged Bengal tigers and a golden throne for Mayweather, who spent very little time in it — he was too busy mingling with A-list guest like Bobby Brown, Vivica A. Fox, K-Ci and JoJo, Tyrese, Doug E. Fresh and more.
