Sparkly Showstoppers! See Who Shimmered on the Oscars Red Carpet
The fashion at the 88th Academy Awards did not disappoint! This year's red carpet was full of stunning looks from many leading ladies, from gorgeous all-white gowns (hello, Lady Gaga and Olivia Wilde!) to romantic floral numbers (like Cate Blanchett and Chrissy Teigen's gowns).
Another red-carpet trend we loved was the super sparkly, glittery gowns worn by A-listers like Naomi Watts and Saoirse Ronan. These ladies brought the glitz and glam to the Oscars! Check out the showstopping numbers below!
Watts shimmered from head-to-toe in a head-turning Armani Privé sequined gown and stunning diamond Bulgari necklace.
Ronan, nominated for Best Actress for her role in “Brooklyn," dazzled in a glittering emerald green gown by Calvin Klein Collection and Chopard jewelry. She told E! that she wanted to wear green on the red carpet "to represent Ireland.”
Aussie actress Margot Robbie, who was a presenter at the awards show, looked like a golden goddess in her metallic snakeskin Tom Ford dress featuring a plunging V-neck and long sleeves.
