Variety unite4:humanity Event Will Honor These Five Hollywood Stars
Five big-name stars will be recognized for making a difference in the world at the third annual Variety unite4:humanity event.
At the event, Matthew McConaughey will be honored with the Creative Conscience Award for his work with his foundation Just Keep Livin'. Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller will take home the unite2gether Award for their work with Hilarity for Charity. Olivia Wilde will be the honoree for the unite4children award for her work with Save the Children, while Gina Rodriguez will be the recipient of the Young Humanitarian Award for her work with the We Will Foundation.
The event will be used to launch the #whatsgood initiative, which calls for celebrities and fans to challenge each other by posting pictures and videos of whatever brings a smile to their face, as well as acts of kindness, volunteerism, and heroism.
Karma Automotive is the presenting sponsor. American Airlines, Ketel One Vodka, Saint Vintage, and Shutterstock have also signed on as sponsors for the event, which takes place on February 25.
