Nick Gordon may be facing charges in the Bobbi Kristina Brown case.
RadarOnline.com claims the Georgia D.A.'s office is secretly convening a grand jury and planning to file charges against Gordon.
A source added, "It's likely the other people in the house the morning she was found unresponsive will be called to testify. But it doesn't appear that Nick will be called because the D.A. doesn't want to give away their hand in preparation of a possible trial."
The insider said friends Max Lomas and Danyela Bradley would likely be the witnesses asked to take the stand.
Gordon also faces a $40-million wrongful death suit filed by Bobbi Kristina's family.
His attorneys have repeatedly denied any wrongdoing on Gordon's part.
Bobbi Kristina was found facedown and unconscious in her Georgia home on January 31. The 22-year-old died July 26, never having regained consciousness.
