"I do feel a responsibility to be an example for young women in general. That's what Kode with Karlie is about."
The “Kode with Karlie” scholarship is a two-week program open to girls between the ages of 13 and 18, that teaches them back-end software engineering. She is teaching girls how to code!
While Karlie is diving into her studies, she will still be modeling. About her photos, she said, "I rely on taking on a particular role, like an Oscar de la Renta society swan or a Diane von Furstenberg business lady. I feel more vulnerable when it's just me up there."
