Bobbi Kristina's Funeral Takes Place in Suburban Atlanta
Bobbi Kristina Brown's funeral began around 11 a.m. outside Atlanta today, attracting a tight guest list of family and friends.
The service followed yesterday's wake at the Murray Brothers Funeral Home, attended by Bobby Brown and his wife; Cissy Houston; Bobbi Kristina's aunts Pat Houston, Tina Brown, and Leolah Brown; as well as her brother, Bobby Jr. Her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was absent.

Bobbi Kristina's funeral took place at the Saint James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, attended by most of the same mourners present at her wake, plus Atlanta's Mayor Kasim Reed, actor Michael Jai White, and singer Monica. Again, Gordon did not attend; it has been reported that he was barred from the service in spite of his pleas to be there.

Bringing sad closure to her short, troubled life and to her months-long coma, Bobbi Kristina is expected to be interred alongside her mom, Whitney, at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey on Monday.
