Sofia Vergara Admits to Loving Sweets, and Working Out More with Fiancé Joe Manganiello

Sofia Vergara may have a sweet tooth, but she also has a sweet body! Sofia revealed her secret obsession with sweets to “Extra’s” Terri Seymour at the Skinny Cow Secret Speakeasy in Los Angeles yesterday.
 
“I have an obsession with sweets, everybody that knows me and works with me knows that one of my biggest things is to eat desserts and candy,” said Sofia.
 
Sofia is able to balance eating sweet treats, like Skinny Cow, by working out. The “Modern Family” actress admitted she hits the gym more because of fiancé Joe Manganiello.

“I’ve been doing more exercises now because Joe, of course, loves working out, and I understand more how important it is for health,” said Sofia. “Sometimes we do it together. We have a trainer that does at the same time.”
 
The couple is busy planning their wedding and juggling their own crazy work schedules, but are still able to enjoy date nights.

“If he has to do a red carpet I'll go with him, he comes with me, we make it a nice thing, it's part of our lives,” revealed Sofia. “It shouldn't be all the time thinking it’s just an obligation.”
 
Sofia is sure to be on hubby-to-be Joe’s arm on the red carpet when “Magic Mike XXL,” premieres in July, and she says she’s already seen the movie.

“I saw the movie and I was there in Savannah, Georgia when they were filming, so that was a lot of exciting days for me,” Sofia smiled.  

Terri asked Sofia if the ladies will be happy with the final film. Sofia said, “Oh my god they're gonna go crazy, and the guys too.”  

She added, “It's not only like a movie about strippers getting naked, it's really a lot of comedy!”
