Watch: Kris Jenner’s Tearful Breakdown over Bruce’s Transition News
Kris Jenner will open up about Bruce Jenner's transition in a two-part, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" special, airing May 17 and 18 on E!.
Bruce told Diane Sawyer that "for all intents and purposes" he is a woman, and now his famous family will share their side in an upcoming special called “Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce,” which will feature Kris, Kourtney, Kim and Khloé, Kendall, Kylie and Scott Disick as they ask questions and begin to explore their own feelings through difficult and direct conversations with Bruce.
In the clip, Kim talks to an emotional Kris about Bruce's transition.
"He has to deal with this for the rest of his entire life," Kim told her mother. "Waking up and feeling like, 'Whoa! This isn't my body. This doesn't feel comfortable.' That's the only way I can kind of imagine it. And you really have to let go."
Kris responded, "I have these memories of this life," she said with tears streaming down her cheeks. "And I feel sometimes like it didn't exist."
In addition to the two-part special, E! will also air an eight-episode documentary series chronicling Bruce's new life as a transgender woman. The first episode will debut July 26 at 9 p.m.
