Lupita Nyong'o's Oscars Gown Takes Twitter by Storm
Actress Lupita Nyong'o can do no wrong when it comes to fashion! Once again, she wowed fashion critics when she hit the red carpet at the 2014 Oscars, even starting a trend on Twitter.
The “12 Years a Slave” star, who is up for Best Supporting Actress, looked stunning in a light blue silk georgette gown by Prada.
The 31-year-old told E! News host Ryan Seacrest, "It's a blue that reminds me of Nairobi, and so I wanted to have a little bit of home."
Sure enough, #Nairobiblue instantly started trending.
Her Fred Leighton diamond headband, earrings and bracelet were also a hit.
Lupita completed the look with satin sandals and a matching clutch.
