Melissa Gilbert to Shannon Doherty: If I See Ya, I’m Gonna Punch You in the Nose
Actress Melissa Gilbert had fun on the Bravo show “Watch What Happens Live” on Thursday, talking about her past marriages.
In her book “Prairie Tales,” Melissa claimed that Shannon Doherty had a one-night stand with her first husband Bo Brinkman in the early ‘90s.
Host Andy Cohen asked what she’d say if she saw Doherty on the street. The 49-year-old dryly replied, “I wouldn't say anything, I'd just punch her in the nose.”
The “Little House on the Prairie” star also revealed she dated Tom Cruise back when he was a struggling teenage actor.
She said, “Actually, when I dated him, he was Tom Mapother still… we made out, but honestly, there was no sex. He was a good kisser, but you know, he was like a struggling, starving actor and I was working. I actually bought him his first set of dishes.”
"Extra" was with Melissa recently as she celebrated the launch of her first children's book, "Daisy and Josephine," at Planet Hollywood in NYC. She talked about the book and how her divorce helped inspire the story.
