See Justin Bieber's Arrest Video and Find Out Which Famous Rapper He Was Racing!
UPDATE: Justin Bieber appeared before a judge at the Miami Dade County Courthouse (see the video), and was later released after posting $2,500 bail.
New details and video have emerged from Justin Bieber’s wild night in Miami. It turns out he wasn’t just arrested for DUI, drag racing and driving with an expired license… the 19-year-old is also facing a charge for resisting arrest!
TMZ reports that the Biebs and rapper Khalil were drag racing on a residential Miami street in the wee hours Thursday morning. Justin was in a rented yellow Lamborghini and Khalil in a red one. The police report states that the men were racing at 55 to 60 mph in a 30 mph zone.

The site says Justin’s friends even blocked off the street so the two could race. Both musicians were arrested.

When the cops arrived around 4 AM, Justin allegedly resisted arrest by keeping his hands in his pockets. He was given a field sobriety test and failed.
Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez spoke at a press conference offering all of the details on Bieber's arrest. Martinez also said that Bieber admitted to consuming marijuana, prescription medication, and alcohol.
It should be noted that in Florida minors have to blow a blood alcohol level of only .02 to be considered driving under influence, while those above 21 have to blow .08.
The 19-year-old was taken into custody for testing, and booked at a Miami police station at 10:30 AM ET. Justin faces up to six months in jail on first-degree misdemeanor charges, however, he could qualify for a first time offenders program.
Bieber has been in all kinds of trouble lately. Last week he was accused of egging a neighbor’s house in Calabasas. Soon after, the L.A. Sheriff’s Department raided his house looking for a surveillance video that would link him to the crime of felony vandalism.
During the raid, Justin’s friend Lil Za was arrested on felony drug possession charges.
Following the raid, Justin took off for Aspen for some snowboarding, then turned up at a Miami strip club with $75,000 in cash… and he made it rain. Click here for all the details.
