Miley Cyrus is nearly unrecognizable in her new “MTV Unplugged” promo!
The “Wrecking Ball” singer channeled Lady Gaga's “Dope” look for the poster, donning a black hat, wig and fake teeth.
Putting her own sexy twist on the getup, Cyrus is topless in the pic, with only a pair of pasties covering her nipples.
The 21-year-old shared the pic on Instagram, while encouraging Smilers to tune in to "Miley Cyrus: MTV Unplugged" on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 9 PM.
