Kate Hudson Liked Being ‘Super-Lazy’ in Her First Pregnancy
Actress Kate Hudson looks trim and fit on the November cover of Shape magazine, and talks about the 60 pounds she gained in her first pregnancy.
Hudson told the mag, “I was super-lazy with Ryder, and I liked it! We were just a laidback little team, with him in my stomach and me on a sofa eating ice cream. It was hard to bounce back from that.”
With her second child, Bing, it was a different experience. “With Bing, it was the total opposite. I couldn't sit down during that pregnancy because if I did, he'd start moving around. I started getting back into shape slowly, doing a little every day, running around the block for 15 minutes, until I started to feel my body getting stronger.”
