Sandra Bullock on Cheating Scandal: ‘Nobody Can Be Prepared for Anything’
“Gravity” star Sandra Bullock opened up to Vogue magazine about ex-husband Jesse James and the cheating scandal that broke them up just after her Oscar win for “The Blind Side” in 2010.
"I am exactly where I want to be now. You can't go backward. I'm not going backward. I'm grateful that I'm here, blessed to have what I have. Nobody can be prepared for anything,” she said.
Reflecting on adopting son Louis just before the scandal hit, Bullock explained that life works out "if you end up in a place where you can look back and go, 'It happened, but I'm so lucky to be sitting where I am sitting.'"
The new issue of Vogue hits newsstands on September 24.
