Kanye West Charged with Criminal Battery in Paparazzo Case
Rapper Kanye West is facing misdemeanor charges for criminal battery and attempted grand theft, reports TMZ.
West let loose on a paparazzo after he told the pap not to talk to him, and began throwing punches at LAX on July 19… and it was all caught on tape. Watch!
The photog has since lawyered-up and filed a lawsuit. His attorney, Gloria Allred, told TMZ her client was badly injured.
West faces up to a year in jail if convicted. His arraignment is set for Oct. 10, 2013.
