Peta Murgatroyd on Ex Maks’ Return to ‘DWTS’: ‘I’m Glad’
“Extra’s” special correspondent Tony Dovolani talked with “Dancing with the Stars” pro dancer Peta Murgatroyd about ex-boyfriend and former “DWTS” pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who is returning to the show on Monday for a special appearance.
Murgatroyd said, “I think it's really exciting. I'm glad he's coming back. We're still friends, we still talk. I'm happy, he's happy. It’s a win-win situation.” The two ended their 10-month relationship in February.
As for how Peta’s partner Sean Lowe and fiancée Katherine are adjusting to the schedule, Lowe explained, “Every night when I get home I make sure I do something special. I make sure she knows she is an important part of my life and it’s not just about dancing.”
