Lindsay Lohan to David Letterman: Rehab Is a Blessing and Not a Curse
David Letterman didn't hold back today as he interviewed Lindsay Lohan on the “Late Show," grilling her about all her rehab and addiction issues.
Lohan deftly dodged most of the questions, but did admit, “I'm the happiest when I'm working and the healthiest, and I think [rehab] is an opportunity for me to, you know, focus on what I love in life. And I don't think it's a bad thing. I think it's a blessing and not a curse.”
When Letterman asked, “Do you have addiction problems?” She replied, “Now you sound like Dr. Phil.”
Dave went on to praise the troubled starlet for having “enough spine, enough sense of yourself, enough poise to come out here and talk to me," which nearly brought Lindsay to tears.
