Justin Bieber to Be Prosecuted for Spitting on Neighbor?
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the L.A. County Sheriff's Department will recommend criminal battery charges be filed against singer Justin Bieber for allegedly spitting on his neighbor.
The Sheriff's Department currently has no official recommendation since the review of the investigation is incomplete, however, sources say a clear picture has emerged, and not just over the alleged spitting incident.
Members of the Department believe the "Beauty and a Beat" singer has shown a pattern of disregard for the law, including speeding tickets, fights and drugs, and is headed down a "dangerous path."
The Biebs will reportedly be recommended professional help to manage his anger and behavior.
