Bobbi Kristina Brown Slams Grandmother's Book
Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown took to Twitter last week to slam grandmother Cissy Houston's new tell-all book, “Remembering Whitney.”
The aspiring actress wanted the world to know that she and fiancé Nick Gordon want nothing to do with it. She wrote, “ANYTHING concerning mygrandmothersBook•I& @nickdgordon OFCOURSE personally haveNOTHING2dowith• I ask youplsRESPECT tht•Haven't read&won't.”
Brown followed up with the post, “I find it 2B Disrespect2MYMOTHER & me being HERDAUGHTER won't tolerate it. I LOVEYOUALL for your support though & I thank you immensely••xO!”
In an earlier interview, Oprah asked Cissy Houston if Bobbi was upset about the book. Cissy said, “That's what I heard. I guess somebody telling her something. I don't know.”
The gospel singer later added, “You know how kids are. She's 19. She thinks she's old. She thinks she knows everything.”
