Actor Matthew McConaughey went to the extreme for his latest role in “The Dallas Buyers Club,” losing a reported 30 pounds for the part! McConaughey dropped the weight to play an AIDS patient seeking experimental HIV medication in the '80s and has since started to put the pounds back on.
