Tony Scott Leaves Fortune to His Family
Director Tony Scott, who, in August, jumped to his death from a bridge, has left his estate to wife Donna W. Smith and their 12-year-old twin boys, Max and Frank.
TMZ obtained a copy of Scott's will, which was filed in probate court in L.A. County earlier this week. It stated the “Top Gun” director's estate was worth $1.2 million in personal property.
It's likely Scott was worth much more, and these assets have already been made part of the family trust.
Scott's brother, Ridley, was the original executor of the will, which was drawn up in 2004, but in 2011, he amended to make attorney R. Dennis Luderer the sole executor and Ridley the first alternate executor.
