Fans of the hit show “Family Matters” can check out authentic costumes from the sitcom at the “Television: Out of the Box” exhibit at Paley Center.
Darius McCrary, who starred as Eddie Winslow, loaned the center a red leather-and-twill cotton blazer, ruffled white shirt, black pants and patent leather and suede shoes. Darius (pictured with "Family Matters" co-creator and executive producer William Bickley) wore the get up in the episode “Aunt Oona,” guest starring Donna Summer. The costume, featured during a karaoke scene, will be displayed alongside an outfit and bowtie worn by Urkel actor Jaleel White.
Visit PaleyCenter.org for more information about the exhibit.
