Whitney Houston's Death Certificate
"Extra" has obtained the official death certificate for Whitney Houston, who died last Saturday.
The death certificate was filed in L.A. County, with the cause of death still undetermined.
The L.A. County Coroner's office is awaiting toxicology results to determine an official cause of death. The autopsy was completed Sunday.
