'DWTS': The Final Four Showdown
Monday night's "Dancing with the Stars" showed the final four -- Rob Kardashian, Ricki Lake, J.R. Martinez and Hope Solo --with well-crafted moves in three dances; the individual, an Argentine tango and the cha-cha.
Rob Kardashian received his first 10 of the season for a sexy samba performance that Carrie Ann Inaba deemed "amazing, fluid and fantastic." He also beat competitors in the cha cha relay, which earned him the first place score, alongside Ricki Lake.
Rob's older sister Khloe, recently revealed the sisters used to "dress him up in a lot of women's clothing and put makeup on him!"
Backstage, Tony Dovolani told Rob, "You made your mom cry." Kardashian replied, "I feel like I always make my mom cry!"
The judges loved Ricki's Argentine tango and her samba, which earned Lake and partner Derek Hough their first perfect score of the season. Len Goodman commented, "The lifts were just part of the dance, you swept in and swept out. I don't think you know how good that was. It was really good."
After her phenomenal scores, Dovolani spoke with Ricki, who had previously revealed she was molested as a child. Lake said, "I was molested in my own home." The former talk show host added, "I think whatever you experience makes you stronger if you get through it."
Frontrunner J.R. Martinez suffered a setback when he sprained his ankle this past week. A week after receiving perfect tens, Martinez earned 23 out of 30 points for his paso doble. Carrie Ann said, "I give you so much credit for attacking that routine. You have to get your head out of the injury though. I want to see you come out strong."
After the performance, Dovolani revealed Martinez's friend had a viewing party to cheer him on. J.R. said, "Hey guys! Thank you so much for all your support. It's because of you guys I'm able to push through every single second."
Hope Solo and Maksim Chmerkovskiy ended up at the bottom of the leader board, with Bruno Tonoli pointing out, "You were unchained and untamed, but because of that, because you went so far for it, it lacked artistry. Control is as important as energy."
Solo told Dovolani, "I think from day one they've wanted me off the show."
