L.A. Nightclub Turns into The School of Rock
Rocker Mark McGrath and several of his Camp Freddy band mates (Donovan Leitch and Velvet Revolver's Matt Sorum) gave back to the community Saturday when they played a benefit show for Wonderland Avenue Elementary School, L.A.'s top public elementary school.

The famed Highlands nightclub provided the venue, as guests dined on gourmet food and drank delicious wine from the Rosenthal winery.
The night kicked off a year of fundraising for the Wonderland School, which turns to local parents to raise more than $400,000 for art, P.E., school supplies, library, computers and much more that would otherwise go unfunded in L.A.'s struggling school district.
