Kate Gosselin's TV Withdrawal: 'I'm Freaking Out'
After the cancellation of her long-running TLC show "Kate Plus 8," a spin-off of "Jon and Kate Plus 8," Kate Gosselin is getting a hard dose of reality, admitting to People magazine, "I'm freaking out. Big time."

Kate says her children "weren't ready" to leave the show, which has been running on TLC since 2005. She adds, "Nobody was [ready]. I've never quit a job in my life without having something else lined up. I don't know what's next."
The 36-year-old single mom says she will work hard to maintain the lifestyle to which the kids have grown accustomed. "I told them I would work my fingers to the bone to make sure that they can stay here and go to their school. There are no guarantees in life for anyone, but they know that I'm giving it my best shot."
The final episode of "Kate Plus 8" airs September 12 on TLC.
