Lindsay's Tea Party the Culprit in Failed Test?

Courtroom starlet Lindsay Lohan insists her failed alcohol test was due to consuming a fermented tea that contains less than .05% alcohol, and not because she fell off the wagon, according to TMZ.

Lohan's favorite tea, an organic Kombucha, is the same beverage that got the actress in trouble with a probation officer earlier this year because of the small amount of alcohol. Lindsay maintains she is staying on-track, telling TMZ, "I am responsible, and I'm following the rules and obeying my judge and the Los Angeles judicial system."

She added, "I'd like to do what I must to get my film career back and the respect of directors, actors, writers, studio heads, fans and so on."
