Chipotle Lime Shrimp
1 lbs. shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1-2 tbs. chipotle seasoning blend
Lime juice
Salt and pepper

Marinate shrimp in lime juice and seasonings. Place approximately one cup of liquid in base of the micro-steamer, add garlic cloves to liquid. Microwave for one minute. Place steamer basket on steamer and add shrimp, cover and microwave for 2-5 min depending on microwave. Shrimp should be pink.
