Tony Parker: 'It's a Difficult Time Right Now'
Actress Eva Longoria filed for divorce yesterday from her husband of three years, San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker -- and he spoke for the first time Wednesday night before a game in Texas.
"This is a difficult time right now for me and Eva. Everything else is our private life," Parker told the press.
When asked about the alleged other woman at the center of his split, Erin Barry, Tony would not confirm anything. "Everything else is our private life. That's my private life."
Parker added that he's focusing on basketball. "I'm getting great support from teammates and coaches," he said. "Right now, I just want to concentrate 100 percent on winning basketball games with the Spurs."
Longoria and Parker each announced Wednesday they were ending their three-year marriage, with "Extra" confirming the "Desperate Housewives" actress had found hundreds of text messages from Erin Barry on Parker's phone.
Longoria told her good friend, Mario Lopez, that she was "devastated by the rumors of Tony's infidelity" and that she loves her husband and is heartbroken about their split.
