Hear Michael Jackson's New Single!
Before his death in June 2009, Michael Jackson had been writing and recording songs for an upcoming album. Epic Records announced last Thursday that they will be releasing the album "Michael" on Dec. 14.

As with anything Michael Jackson related, this new album comes with its own controversy. A lawyer for Michael's father, Joseph Jackson, said that the music on the album consists of unfinished tracks that notorious perfectionist Jackson would never have wanted released. The scuttlebutt is some of the songs might not actually be Jackson singing.
Sony Music and Epic Records went on the defensive Friday, however, saying it had "complete confidence in the results of our extensive research as well as the accounts of those who were in the studio with Michael that the vocals on the new album are his own."
