David Hasselhoff Is 'Restless' Again
TV actor David Hasselhoff will be making a brief return to the soap opera that started it all for him, "The Young and the Restless."
Hasselhoff reprises his original role as Dr. William "Snapper" Foster, Jr., appearing on the show June 15 -- June 21, and will be joined by his daughter, Taylor Ann, who is making her daytime TV debut.
"I was so honored to be asked back by the Bell family for a short visit to Genoa City, this time with my daughter, Taylor Ann," said Hasselhoff. "It was surreal and felt like I never left."
The character of Snapper Foster has been working in London, but returns home to visit his sister, Jill (played by Jess Walton), and finds himself unexpectedly caught up in a family drama. Natch.
Hasselhoff starred in the soap opera from 1975 - 1982, then hit the big time with his popular show "Knight Rider" in 1982.
