E! reports the sexy blonde welcomed her son, Hank Baskett IV, just after midnight Friday morning in Indianapolis. The baby, delivered by C-section, weighed in at a healthy 9 lbs., 5 ozs.
"We're happy and healthy and enjoying every second with little Hank," the couple said in a statement Friday.
In August, the former "Girls Next Door" star wrote on her blog, "Hank's dad and his grandfather were both named Hank, so it was very important to us to carry on the family tradition."
