In the midst of a media frenzy over Jon Gosselin's alleged cheating scandal, both he and wife Kate put their issues aside to celebrate the birthday of their sextuplets, who turn 5 today.
Kate was spotted picking up a birthday cake in Reading, Penna., while Jon picked flowers with one of his daughters at the family's home.
