Friends: Edwards Marriage Will Last
In the wake of Elizabeth Edwards' explosive Oprah interview, in which she said loving John was "complicated," friends of the two tell People magazine the couple will survive.
"John and Elizabeth still love one another," family friend John Moylan told People.
John cheated on terminally-ill Elizabeth with campaign filmmaker Rielle Hunter. Wide speculation suggests he may be the father of her daughter, Frances.
Despite the media frenzy, the mag says the couple is staying strong. They've been spotted together at dinners and basketball games with their young children in their hometown of Chapel Hill, N.C. and are "taking each day as it comes."
