A source reveals to Us Weekly Brit's new album "Circus" has an entire track dedicated to her ex. The source says the sexy song "'Mmm Papi' is a gift to him." In the song, Britney sings about someone saving her by "stepping in the middle of it all." Spears sings in the chorus, "things get rough and there's no doubt."
Adnan was by the pop mom's side when she was in and out of court for the custody of her sons. The couple parted ways after the three-month fling.
