Plot to Assassinate Obama
"Extra" uncovered information about the assassination plot against presidential candidate Barack Obama -- allegedly hatched by two skinheads.
"Every threat that emanates against a presidential candidate is investigated." Ron Williams, a former Secret Service Agent, told "Extra" before the news broke that there were already special concerns for the Democratic senator. "Barack Obama is African-American -- plus he's very liberal. That would probably exacerbate his threat level considerably."
Paul Schlesselman, 18, and Daniel Cowart, 20, reportedly hatched a plot to dress up in white tuxedos and top hats -- while blasting guns at Obama from a speeding vehicle. They were arrested in Tennessee.
