Zac Efron's little lady Vanessa Hudgens recently bought a home in Studio City. Is it true the star shelled out almost $3 million?! Disney has been very good to the "HSM" crew!
Yes, the 19-year-old Hudgens paid big bucks for a 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath 5,200 sq. ft. Tuscan-style Valley pad. It features a pool, spa, waterfalls, cabana and a barbecue island. Vanessa's new neighbors include teenie boppers Selena Gomez, Dakota Fanning and Drake Bell.
